Kevin Dahm was born and raised in the western suburbs. A graduate of Naperville Central High School he now calls Plainfield home with his family. Kevin has over 20 years of customer service, sales and marketing experience and built a successful real estate business in a down market. As a full time agent he specializes in the Naperville/Plainfield/Aurora area and has sold homes throughout Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will counties. Kevin has received Chicago Magazine's Five Star award for Top Real Estate Agents in Chicago multiple years in a row. He is consistently ranked in the top 50 in the market area for which he serves and in the top 20 agents in Will County for overall volume. Kevin is also a member of Baird & Warner's Founders Club for total production and has won several sales awards including Baird & Warner's Family of Services Award, Most Client Care Referrals Closed, Mortgage Partner Award and Top 1% in the Company for both Mortgage and Title.
